This class will combine elements from sculpting, Pilates, yoga and more!
A strength, balance, coordination & flexibility class, designed strengthen your core (abs, back, hips) and sculpt your muscles.

YOGA
- Restorative- This gentle restorative yoga class will help you unlock the body's natural healing process and emphasize flexibility, breathing and relaxation techniques and poses. Get stress-free!
- Hatha- It emphasizes alignment, flexibility, strength and stamina.
- Power- It helps rebalance your body alignment, dissolve unwanted tension, improve concentration and focus and build strength. Great for energizing, toning and stabilizing.
- Vinyasa- yoga flow.

½ Hour Class - $6 member / $8 non-member
Package of (10) ½ Hour Classes - $50 member / $70 non-member
1 Hour Class - $10 member / $12 non-member
Package of (10) 1 Hour Classes - $85 member / $105 non-member
Private Sessions
1 Hour - $35 Member / $40 Non-Member
** All packages must be used within 6 months. Any balance on a package will be forfeited after that time. |

Tanja Vuckovic
Tanja is a certified Group Fitness Instructor in Aerobics, Aqua, Cycle, RPM, BTS, and Yoga…and more to come! She also holds Personal Trainer and Nutrition Counselor Certifications. |
Tanja was born in Belgrade, Serbia, where she engaged in sports since the age of 9. She was voted top athlete many times during her school years, and reached the top Federal level at The Athletic Union of Serbia while still in school. Before moving to the United States, she worked in the administrative office for the Soccer Association Union of the State of Serbia, and ran her own part-time Fitness program in Belgrade.
Tanja moved to Florida in January 1999. She states, "In my family sports and fitness are top priorities. My husband is a tennis pro and my young daughter is involved in gymnastics, dance, ice skating and tennis.” |
