Something for everyone. Longwood presents a refreshing
family atmosphere that offers programs for every age.
A hidden jewel in Sarasota, Longwood’s many amenities
and programs are nestled in a quiet relaxing environment.
Longwood has 18 tennis courts, (12 har-tru, 2 red clay, and
4 hard courts), with evening play available on 11 lit courts.
A recreational pool and pool house, children’s play area,
and picnic area round out the outside amenities.
Inside a 2,500 square foot state-of the art fitness center
contains free weights, Hammer Strength and Paramount
machines as well as a bank of cardio machines. Men’s
and women’s locker rooms each have a sauna and private
showers. Towel service and lockers are available to members.
Our multi-function fitness room is an ideal area for a variety of fitness classes, including our morning yoga, stretch and core & strength fusion classes.
